Hello

While I was compiling gettext 0.17 on my i386-pc-linux box that configured 
with, 
Ubuntu 9.4
gcc-4.3.3
libc-2.9.so

an error shows up:

In function 'open',
    inlined from 'msgdomain_list_print' at 
../../../gettext-tools/src/write-catalog.c:223:
/usr/include/bits/fcntl2.h:51: error: call to '__open_missing_mode' declared 
with attribute error: open with O_CREAT in second argument needs 3 arguments

Please have this noticed and thanks for the time and efforts in making gettext 
better.
