Error on make install from GetText

I have an error in the 'make install' of getText.

A tail of the error log follows:

make: The error code from the last command is 1.

I can execute and run /bin/sh.  I assume the not found message is a
missing: ./../../build-aux/mkinstalldirs.

 

Something I'm missing, or obvious mistakes I'm making?
