Thanks for the spelling fixes. I'm applying the obvious typos and spelling
fixes.

I'm not applying the en_GB -> en_US changes. If Ulrich or I contributed
documentation in English, there's no reason to convert it to something
different. European culture exists too, and there are probably more
English speakers in the Commonwealth countries than American speakers
in the U.S. The American monoculture in cinemas is crying for a counter-
culture. Besides that, English is simply more beautiful than American.

I'm also not applying the following changes because I cannot find
justification for it in the dictionary:
    "i.e.", "hard-code", "proven"
and those for which my dictionary says the opposite of yours:
    "labelled"

But 24 fixes remaining is still not bad - thanks!
