There are several web browsers are known to corrupt file suffixes
when saving from the internet.  In particular, some believe that the
file should end in .tar if it is a compressed tar file, rather than in a
suffix more conducive to the compression used.  Rest assured, however,
that the contents of the file do not depend on the file name, and
that you can simply 'mv findutils-4.2.25.tar.tar findutils-4.2.25.tar.gz'
and then proceed to unzip it.
