There doesn't seem to be any guarantee that an archive will be created
identically at any given time. If I archive a directory into a.tar then run
the same command into b.tar, the fileorder in the tar is generally
different, causing `diff a.tar b.tar` to fail (also creating different
filesizes if gzipped). Would it be, or is it already possible to guarantee
that the archive will be the same assuming the archived branch is the same?
For example, allow directories/files to be archived in alphabetical
order...?
