No - I said that I had run across it and I was asking Klee if my
proposed patch (replacing 'index' with 'entry') was correct.  It might
also be that 'index' should be replaced with 'offset'.  It was not
clear from the code which was the correct patch.

I am still waiting to hear back from him.  If I do not hear by
Wednesday I will check my patch in regardless.  (I am away for a long
weekend, hence the delay until Wednesday).
