starting konsole

Hi ,

Am  Karuna , And  at my work place I work on
REDHAT ver 7.2   linux  m/c.

Well  I am facing problems when I start "konsole"
on  KDE desktop.

This does not happen if I have logged in as a root
in some terminal and  start konsole as
/usr/bin/konsole.
But with my  login when  I try to start or click on that
icon I get following message as

"KCrash: crashing.... crashRecursionCounter = 2
KCrash: Application Name = konsole path = <unknown> pid = 8643
Unable to start dr. konqi
Unable to start dr. konqi"

It also dumps core ...
If this is not your problem then to whom should I report this bug to
can u kindly let me know ..
