One solution might be to get Cygwin from RedHat website (www.redhat.com). It
is an U**X interface layer running on top of Win32. It also includes the
usual U**X tools, so you may not need to compile the make at all. Besides,
there is a decent C compiler (GCC) which does compile the target you like.
