This version does not seem to be released yet, at least I cannot find it
on ftp.gnu.org nor alpha.gnu.org. The only reference I could find is
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/incoming/phil/bc-1.06.tar.gz, but that looks a
bit weird.
