Unfortunately I get an abort when I try to build from scratch. I can only build from Ben's tarballs.

The error I get is:

Looking at the gnulib mailing list, it seems that they are aware of this
problem and are already working on it.

Harry, maybe you could try another build against today's gnulib HEAD ?
