Details:

To me this is a bug, but it might be a feature request.

No copy/paste is possible in the "Variable view" of the PSPPIRE Data editor,
neither in ubuntu version 0.8.5 or the available Windows build 0.10.4-g50f7b7

I have seen other bugs that seem to request multi-cell cop/paste, but only
single cell copy/paste would be a huge improvement.

If copy/paste is not intended to be possible then "Paste" should also be
greyed out in the "Edit" menu when in the "Variable view".

My use case is this:

I have a Norwegian version of a dataset, which I need to translate. The
translation is already available to me in a text file, and I'd like to paste
the English labels into the dataset.
