PSPP-BUG: typos in doc/expressions.texi (show up in manual and webpage)

The texinfo source `doc/expressions.texi' contains a couple of typos
at the `Statistical Distribution Functions' node:

   Only a few distributions include an @func{SIG} function
   ...
   Only a few distributions include an @func{NPDF} function

Apply the following patch:

The typos have propagated to pspp.info-1, pspp.xml and the online manual
webpage 
(https://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/manual/html_node/Statistical-Distribution-Functions.html),
which also needs updating. In the webpage the name of the the function
is shown as /NAME/.
