Details:

This bug relates the gtk3 branch commit
5353ac3f85bada2ea39ad06dd0f224058311a23a on Debian 7. 

When you edit the data sheet and scroll the window, the white edit field does
not scroll and remains at the place where you started editing. To reproduce
the problem:

1. Open grid.sps and execute to generate the data
2. click in any cell -> the cell changes to edit mode 
3. scroll the window

-> The white edit cell does not scroll

I have attached a screenshot showing the problem.
