PSPP-BUG: [Output] The label value is a line below when there are very long labels (DISPLAY DICTIONARY)

Description of problem:
When the value labels are too long, the values ​​appear one line below the 
start line of the paragraph, to execute the command DISPLAY DICTIONARY.

This affects the display of the psppire output window and exported files to 
Text, PDF and PostScript.
This gets confusing display tables when there are labels that occupy 3 lines 
and other just 1 line.
