PSPP-BUG: Potential bug

Hello,

I’m getting a message when I try and import a file:

error: Failed to read "D:\Downloads D Drive\exportdata.txt', because it contains a line over 16384 bytes long and therefore appears not to be a text file.

I can open it with Excel so I’m trying to work out if this is recognizing something about the file incorrectly. I’ve tried renaming the file as a .txt, xls or .csv without luck.

Can you elaborate on this error please.

Regards,

Brad
