Follow-up Comment #3, bug #37967 (project pspp):
I downloaded the source rpm for version 0.7.9-5.fc18 from
ftp://ftp.icm.edu.pl/vol/rzm2/linux-fedora-secondary/updates/18/SRPMS/pspp-0.7.9-5.fc18.src.rpm.
I verified that this version does not in fact contain the fix in question.
You will need to find or build a newer version that contains the fix.
