Would it be possible to send some files which provoke this behaviour?

If you can send a 'broken' one, and a copy of the same file which has been 
repaired 
that would help us diagnose (and hopefully fix) the problem.  To make it 
easiest,
the files should be the smallest possible files which you have found provokes
the problem.
