Follow-up Comment #2, bug #31033 (project pspp):
I don't understand the relationship of this and bug #29216.
If I manually add some lines to .po file, the translation appears in GUI. The
lines:
msgid "Principal Components Analysis"
msgstr "Pagrindinių komponenčių analizė"
msgid "Principal Axis Factoring"
msgstr "Pagrindinių ašių faktoriai"
So I think, you need to add these lines to .pot file.
