Follow-up Comment #7, bug #23138 (project pspp):
Thats great, but there is no version of yelp to windows. Searching on the web
I've found that theres an easy way to convert docbook to chm, which is used by
windows help system.
Maybe we could tell make to convert docbook to chm if the target is windows,
and to change the command who tells pspp to try to open yelp.
