The lyrics in input/star-spangled-banner.ly looks
terrible, the first and last syllables of each bar
collide both with the bar lines and with each other.
I tried to remove the extra addition of a Bar_engraver
to LyricsVoiceContext and then the lyrics only collided
with the bar lines, not with each other.
What's the proper solution?
