Back at my own computer, I made a patch.
I couldn't find all special cases described in my
music typesetting book, so please check that the
new behaviour is correct.
As far as I can understand, the second note of the
second bar should have an accidental in both the
following cases (\key c \major;):
gis1 ~ | gis2 g |
gis1 ~ | gis2 gis |
There's still a deficiency, though. If a tie happens
at a line break, there should be an accidental on the
first note of the second line. I don't know how to
detect the line break.
