This works fine here. Is it possible this was introduced by macOS
10.13?
Do you see the file in /usr/include/libxml2/libxml/?No, /usr/include doesn't exist at all on my system. The include directory is /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX.sdk/usr/include.
