bug#24152: 24.5; Spurious chars when bug report inserted in mailclient msg

I selected a sentence from (emacs) `Special Isearch' with the mouse, and
without using `M-w'.  I yanked it into a bug-report buffer (with `C-y').
I used C-c C-c and then pasted the copied text into my mail client empty
message. This is what I got:

Hence, =A1=AEfoo bar=A1=AF matches =A1=AEfoo bar=A1=AF, =A1=AEfoo bar=A1=AF=
, =A1=AEfoo bar=A1=AF,
and so on (but not =A1=AEfoobar=A1=AF).

(Same thing if I use `M-w' to explicitly copy the selected text to the
kill ring.)
