I guess you need to upgrade libotf as well.  It's an easy build, I
succeeded doing that even on Windows.

do you mean libotf-dev?

I don't know, but feel free to send a patch that makes those changes
conditional on the newer version of m17n-flt.
ok, I try to write handa-san.
My C knowledge is bad, not sure I can achieve that.
