bug#15952: 24.3.50; find_newline

The crash happened again.  It was in this line of find_newline

            ceiling_byte = min (CHAR_TO_BYTE (next_change) - 1, ceiling_byte);

and next_change was larger than BUF_Z.  This was in buffer
` *message-viewer RMAIL*'.
