bug#15115: 24.3.50; doc of `skip-syntax-backward'

From: Drew Adams
Subject: bug#15115: 24.3.50; doc of `skip-syntax-backward'
Date: Sat, 17 Aug 2013 08:04:05 -0700 (PDT)

Both the doc string and (elisp) Motion and Syntax speak incorrectly of
the value returned by this function. They say that the value is the
"distance traveled" and that it is zero or less.

It is zero or less, and its *absolute value* is the distance traveled
backward. (No negative distances, at least not in this geometry.)
