has caused the Emacs bug report #3267,
regarding Emacs bug tracker addresses and URLs not documented as well as Debian
to be marked as done.

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.
If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the
bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

Looking at e.g.,
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnu-emacs/2009-05/threads.html and
messages within them, it is not clear what address to send to to append
a comment to a bug.

Also one cannot find the URLs of Emacs bugs, whereas for Debian they are
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=12345
maybe Emacs bugs don't have a web interface like Debian.
