bug#4949: 23.1; variable `sort-fold-case' is referenced but undefined

C-s sort-fold-case, to search for all occurrences.
 
There are two occurrences, one of which is in the Variable Index.  The
variable is undefined - not recognized by `C-h v' and not explained in
the manual. It should be removed, defined, or explained.
