What does it mean, exactly? Why didn't you send the report using "M-x
report-emacs-bug RET", where all this information is automatically
included?
FWIW, I cannot reproduce this neither in the MS-DOS build (which
should generally work like a non-toolkit build on Unix), nor in the
MS-Windows build, both from today's CVS.
