--- Begin Message ---Subject: (Non)optional arg in kill-whole-line Date: Thu, 5 Feb 2009 18:02:02 +0000 (GMT) Hi there,I am using the 'kill-whole-line' function from the 'simple' library, noninteractively. According to the function definition and documentation, the 'arg' is supposed to be optional, so I was expecting(kill-whole-line) to work, but it crashes with the message: Wrong type argument: number-or-marker-p, nilMy current workaround is to use (kill-whole-line 1). I have tested this in GNU Emacs 22.3.1.Thanks, Arni
