Info-read-node-name takes an optional second arg, DEFAULT'. But it is
never called with two arguments, in any of the distributed Emacs Lisp
files.
This is the case for at least as long back as Emacs 20.7 - I've
grepped the sources for Emacs 20, 21, and 22.
The second arg can be removed, and the code of Info-read-node-name
simplified accordingly.
In GNU Emacs 22.1.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
of 2007-06-02 on RELEASE
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
configured using `configure --with-gcc (3.4) --cflags -Ic:/gnuwin32/include'
- Info-read-node-name: optional arg is never used,
