Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
All kinds of things even as simple as
(require 'someli)
Such as (require 'jde)
Many many many packages will not compile. I have even attempted to use
emacs 21.3 and get the same errors.
(I also can't seem to get backtrace error messages.)
