iswitchb doesn't work from a *Help* buffer

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

I have iswitchb turned on, and it works awesome most of the time.  But
if I'm in a *Help* buffer, and type C-x b, I get the old
switch-to-buffer behavior.
