I tried to get the FSF to put the Chinese big5 GPL,

into a link on http://www.fsf.org/licenses/translations.html

I had hooked together Luis Miguel Arteaga Mejia <lmiguel@gnu.org>,
"Clair Fang" <clair@softwareliberty.org>, to whom Luis could get any
additional translation info, in case it isn't translated good enough
already.  But I hear that Clair has not heard much back lately.

So: why not make the link today.  Note that there will be at least two
"Chinese" GPLs, ours from Taiwan in Big5, and one somebody from
Beijing will hopefully give you some day, in GB [or just run ours thru
b5togb, duh.  Do you want me to do that?  If you do you must first
show a sign of sincerity by putting the first link that has been ready
to go for years, don't you know, onto your web page.].

By the way, if I were you, I would do like google and have backups
on-site in case any of those flaky foreign links are down.

Sure, I should have mailed this to gnu@gnu... but that what I did
months ago... still no link.  Sticking it here might get it perused by
that Chief GNUisance fella.
