Definitely wasn't thinking clearly!

The URL mentioned in the install (http://prtr-13.ucsc.edu/) doesn't
seem to be around at the moment - get timeouts, a search on rpms gave
last change that looked like a bug fix for Jan 2001, do you know when
4.1.0b/c was released?
Or an alternative download site.. or maybe not building with gif support!
