Then please fill in the details manually.  The "Bugs" section in the 
manual has the list.

Sorry, I'm still in the dark, because you didn't answer all the questions 
I asked (above).  Are you saying that the error message pops up during 
the startup time, or do you need to invoke some command, such as 
emacs-version, to trigger it?

(I'm trying to explain the part of the backtrace you posted which seems to 
show that you invoked emacs-version interactively.  Please help me 
understand what happened there.)
