Note: I didn't download elisp-info.tar.gz, I downloaded
elisp-manual-20-2.5.tar.gz, which includes the Texinfo sources as well
as the Info files produced from them.

I guess it means that elisp-info.tar.gz is somehow screwed, and should
be replaced.
