Not really.  You can create as many *info* buffers as you want.
Just rename your *info* into something else (I use M-x rename-uniquely RET
or rather M-x r-u RET (using partial-completion-mode)) and then do
C-h i again.

In the next release you'll be able to do C-u m <node> to create a new
*info* buffer displaying the <node>.
