Thank you for the report.
I believe this is related to a very recent similar bug report
showing that Emacs-20 thinks that /*/ both starts and ends a comment
at the same time, so your `,' is not considered as being part of
the comment, which probably confuses CC-mode.
So this should be fixed in the next release,
