grep-compute-defaults references literal "/dev/null" instead of `null-de

From: Jens Schmidt
Subject: grep-compute-defaults references literal "/dev/null" instead of `null-device'
Date: 06 Apr 2001 14:27:44 +0100

This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
not to your local site managers!!
Please write in English, because the Emacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.

In GNU Emacs 20.7.1 (i386-*-nt4.0.1381)
of Tue Jun 13 2000 on buffy
configured using `configure NT'

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Subject says everything. On NT Emacs the default when calling
`grep-find' references literal "/dev/null" which does not exist
on NT, of course.
