(defun mark-paragraph () ... Well, would you look at that! An
important function, bound to M-h, and it doesn't take any arguments.
I propose that it take argument, in case I want to mark two paragraphs,
etc. Negative arguments would refer to previous paragraphs.
Due to brain power limitations, all I can do is the proposing
part.
