Hello,
When using 'C-x C-c' to exit Emacs, when there are modified buffers,
but the user says "n" to the query about saving the buffer, the lock
on the file is not deleted before Emacs exits.
I am not sure if this is the intended behavior; the following patch
removes all lock files before `kill-emacs' in
`save-buffers-kill-emacs'.
