... the headers "Xm/whatever.h" just are not around anywhere - there is no (sub)directory Xm to begin with.
Those are the Motif headers. You have to install them separately. The installation instructions tell you where to find it.
By the way, Borland has, or had, a free compiler for download - just the compiler version 5.5 which is the one running in C++Builder 5 (they're at version 6 now), without any IDE.
Ah, that's the rub..."without any IDE". I looked at it and was overwhelmed by the amount of work I'd have to do to figure out how to get it going without an IDE. I gave up.
