GNU Chess to compile with MS-VC and MinGW32

Hi Stuart,

Attached are the files that I modified from 5.03
so that GNU Chess can be compiled using MS-VC and
MinGW32 so that you don't need to use cygwin when
running in Windows. The resulting binaries are
much smaller and a little faster.

You will note that the changes are very minor
(e.g., not including some headers when in Win32
or _MSC_VER).

I hope that you will include the changes in
future distributions.
