[Bug-gnu-arch] Error when importing 2nd project under Mac OS X

I imported a project (like it was explained in the documentation) 
except I used tagline instead of explicit.
When I try 'tla import' on a second project (again, with tagline) to 
the same archive, I get the following message  (note that the error 
mesg has been copy-pasted so there's three places in the file that 
prints this, but I chacked and it is definitely the one from function 
'fs_lock_revision' that gets printed):

PS. 'make test' fails but I installed anyway. Might be related.
