It will be interesting to see how many images we do generate... I can
think of an awful lot of entries that really need pictures. At random,
since we're allegedly computing experts :-)) imagine text-only entries
for analysis/design techniques such as UML, Yourdon, Nasi-Schneiderman
charts, flow-charts, state machines, structure charts; Or Babbage's
analytical engine; Or Turing bombs; Or LCSAJs; Or Boolean logic... And
as for anything to do with electronics, well you see my point :-))

Maybe it's because I work with modelling notations so much that I can't
imagine how much of the world can be described without pictures, I
don't know. As I said, it will be interesting to see what turns up, but
I think we have to be ready for rather more pictures than you might
expect, especially in techie areas (though, come to think of it, I
can't imagine an entry on, say, the British royal family, withough a
family tree either...)
