I think we need to keep the XML definition fluid at first, since there are 
many elements that will eventually be needed that we haven't even begun to 
address.

However, it would be a mistake, I think, to adopt the DocBook DTD, simply 
because of its complexity, and in the fact that is it designed as much for 
paper publishers as for anyone else, with all the formatting and margins and 
such, and would ultimately not work with HTML (because, as you all remember, 
HTML is meant as an organizer of document and not for page layout).

I think then the idea of making a DTD is premature, and we just need to 
agree on a simple XML format for the article.
