Hi,
I am trying to port GNATS on Linux, which was setup on Solaris. I could bring up GNATS. I could create PRs, I could view older PRs..etc.
But while I was about to edit any PR, it throws an error " parse the LAST_MODIFIED date Mon Sep 15 15:35:57 IST 2003. The PR has not been changed. If this problem persists, please contact a GNATS administrator "
