Failure while running test.pl in gnatsweb-2.9.3

Hi All,
   I am using gnats-3.113.1 and gnatsweb-2.9.3 on RH
7.1.. I did'nt had any problem installing and using
gnats.  But when I run 

make test USERNAME=anon PASSWORD=pw DATABASE=regular

in gnatsweb (before installing it), I get the
following result..

perl test.pl
connect...........................................pass
query.............................................FAIL
fix_email_addrs 1.................................pass
fix_email_addrs 2.................................pass
fix_email_addrs 3.................................pass
fix_email_addrs 4.................................pass
fix_email_addrs 5.................................pass
trim_responsible 1................................pass
trim_responsible 2................................pass
trim_responsible 3................................pass
make: *** [test] Error 1


My question is, why is the 2nd testcase failing and
what can be done to rectify it?
