Gnatsweb/Unformatted: field

I'm upgrading an old modified gnats to 3.113.1.  The old (www)gnats
was modified (at Cern I think) to include a Comments field which comes
out under Unformatted: in the new gnats-3.113.1/gnatsweb-2.9.2.  Despite
removing the $EDITEXCLUDE | $SENDEXCLUDE from Unformatted: in %fieldnames
(and the $_ ne 'Unformatted' in unparsepr), I still can't Edit the Unformatted
field although I can View it with no problems.  Also I can edit the
Unformatted field with edit-pr.

My questions are:
. Has anyone modified gnatsweb to edit the Unformatted field?
. Has anyone added a Comments field to gnats-3.113.1/gnatsweb-2.9.2?
